The XL-70 is a vinyl toluene resin system which has some remarkable properties. The product in one coat, with no primer, can go over damp or uncured concrete and still retain its film and performance integrity. It is highly resistant to alkalinity and vapor permeable. The key advantages to contractors are a significant reduction in labor costs (one coat vs. three of paint), a much higher build of coating (16 mils vs. 6 mils), and guaranteed long-term performance. XL-70^¨ is the ideal product for coating poured, tilt or precast concrete.TC 600 is a water based textured coating with real elastomeric properties (stretches over 150%). TC 600 is well tested and designed to be applied over substrates which have more movement than concrete, i.e., over CMU or cement render systems. The ideal coating system for these substrates is XL-70^¨ Slush-Cote (block) or XL-70^¨ Primer (cement render) followed by the TC 600. This system provides superior fill and alkali resistance to the substrate followed by a high build flexible coating available in a variety of textures.TC 300 is a high-build, latex (water base) coating featuring rapid drying, good adhesion, and flexibility to help compensate for temperature variations. This coating may be used over concrete, cement plaster, block, brick, cement fiber board, metal and other manufacturer approved surfaces; masonry surfaces must cure a minimum of 28 days prior to coating.

TCA's high-build elastomeric S-T-R-E-T-C-H is the highest solids content elastomeric on the market. Fully tested for accelerated weathering, salt spray resistance, and UV retention, one coat of TCA's S-T-R-E-T-C-H over the appropriate TCA primer provides a 10 dry mil finish @ 100 FT² / gallon coverage. S-T-R-E-T-C-H flexes over 400% and is ideally suited for rehab projects.

TCA has a complete range of penetrating sealers and stains. The RAINSTOPPER^¨ 100 and 200 series are cost-effective, blended penetrating sealers having 8% and 20% solids content respectively.RAINSTOPPER^¨ 400 and 500 series are TCA's semi-transparent and opaque stains. Both products are ideal for use over solid substrates to provide color change or in conjunction with RAINSTOPPER^¨ 200 as a water repellent and stain system.TCA's siloxane based penetrating sealers are available in 6% (RS 600) or 15% (RS 1500) solids formulations. The RS 1500 passes all appropriate horizontal deck tests.TCA's silane based penetrating sealers are available in 20% and 40% solids formulations. Both the RAINSTOPPER^¨ 120 and 140 pass the horizontal deck performance tests.TCA has the complete range of penetrating sealers from the very cost effective to the high performance formulations.

TCA's STRATA-GRIP^¨ deck coating system is the ideal non-skid deck coating for pool areas, walkways, ramps and parking decks. Very cost effective, this system is available in a variety of textures and any color.The system consists of the STRATA-GRIP^¨ coating and TCA's STRATA-GRIP^¨ TOP COTE.

TCA has two anti-graffiti coating systems. Our Sacrificial Graffiti Guard^¨ system consists of our base coat, TY-COTE, in either clear or pigmented form, followed by the water based Sacrificial Graffiti Guard^¨ coating. Once this system is in place, if a wall is hit by graffiti, the graffiti can be removed with TCA's Stripper or by power washing. Then the Sacrificial coating is re-applied to the affected area.TCA's permanent Graffiti Gard^¨ system uses the same TY-COTE base coat followed by the two part aliphatic urethane Graffiti-Gard IIIS System. Once the permanent GGIIIS system is applied, one may remove graffiti using TCA's Paste Cleaner without affecting the anti-graffiti coating.

TCA's Multi-Texture/Color wall coating system is a state-of-the-art water based multi-color system.It is the only multiple color coating fully tested and suitable for exterior as well as interior use. The product allows for unlimited color combinations in a variety of textures and is very cost competitive.
